How do I create an account?
Click the "Sign Up" button on the top right of any page. You can register with your email or sign in with Google/Apple. Choose your account type: User (browse & buy), Creator (create & sell), or Affiliate (promote & earn).
How do I contact an event organizer?
On any event detail page, look for the "Contact Organizer" button in the sidebar. You can send a direct message or enquiry through the platform.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept payments via Paystack (cards, bank transfer, USSD), Flutterwave (cards, mobile money), PayPal, and Stripe for international transactions. All payments are SSL encrypted and PCI DSS compliant.
How do I become a vendor?
Sign up as a Creator, then navigate to Vendor Management in your dashboard. Complete your vendor profile, upload portfolio, and choose a subscription plan. KYC verification (NIN, CAC, or Passport) is required for the Verified badge.
